Every project is closely monitored throughout the process to ensure that product is produced as it was envisioned. Shipping and Delivery
Turn-around time is typically 3-5 days for production samples and 7-10 days for finished products. All AVID turn-around times for production are based on AVID’s Start Date. The Start Date begins once all items have been properly submitted for production including the following: a valid Purchase Order, Placement Information, All Cuts or Full Garments, Production Approval or Waiver, and Art Approvals. Arrangements can be made for AVID to pick-up or deliver your completed product as needed.
Technical Support
AVID has a highly trained and accessible Technical Support Staff that can provide explanations to any technical questions that you may have throughout the entire sublimation process. Our Technical Support team has years of experience in the field of sublimation and has been trained in all of the technical aspects of the AVID sublimation process. Our team provides guidance and support to each of our customers until the finished product is delivered. |
