Heat Transfer

Once all approvals are received, your printed sublimation papers and pieces (garment blocks, cuts, and blanks) are pulled from inventory for heat transferring. Certified Placement Engineers verify color and placement with signed production approval. Your printed sublimation paper is placed accurately onto the garment pieces and processed through sublimation machinery. The heat and pressure from the transfer machine opens the pores of the fabric, vaporizes the ink, and transfers the art to the garment. Your finished product is completed!
